The firm was founded by its President, Ramesh Menon. Mr. Menon was previously head
of structured products at Citigroup.

Mr. Menon has over 16 years experience in equity derivatives and structured products,
eight of them as a Managing Director
Mr. Menon played a critical role in building and managing the U.S. equity structured
products business at Citigroup
Under Mr. Menon?s leadership, the business achieved a 35% market-share in the U.S.
and outperformed its nearest competitor by 2:1
